4. Workspace content and responsible use

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to provide workspace content to Vidlizer. Do not upload personal, confidential, regulated, or sensitive information unless you have assessed that use and have a lawful basis to do so. Where content requires specialised review, including healthcare-adjacent, financial, legal, or regulated content, human review remains required before use or publication.

5. Service providers and international processing

We may use carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, analytics, observability, rate-limiting, and AI service providers to operate Vidlizer. Those providers may process information on our instructions and may operate in locations outside your country. We aim to limit information shared with providers to what is necessary for the relevant service function.
